The Betty’s Cuvée is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, originated in Bat Shlomo Vineyards, located along the historic Rothschild wine trail, nestled between century-old vineyards, the Dalya River, and Alona Forest. With late spring rains and moderate summer, 2018 was a very good vintage, leading to even, full ripeness. The vines produced very concentrated, small berries that are deep in color and rich in flavors. The Cuvée is barreled down into 100% French Oak (30% new oak) to age for over 20 months.

The Betty’s Cuvée is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels. The Betty’s Cuvée is a full-bodied wine with a beautiful deep plum color, it has hints of fig, dates, blackberries, chocolate, and ripe plums. The finish is long and well-balanced.
