Haut-brion red 2019
The vinification is done in 225 hl-thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
A computer program enables the control of the pumping-overs and the thermo-regulation, according to the temperature of the must.
(average temperature: 30 degrees). The ageing lasts 22 months in 100% new oak barrels.
Château Haut-Brion has a very nice deep garnet-red colour.
The bouquet is especially rich and complex: depending on the vintage, the sweet black currant, smoky, mineral and cigar box aromas are textbook Haut-Brion.
In the mouth, this wine offers very soft and delicate tannins: a real taffeta, with complete harmony that increases in fullness and deepness in structure.
