Chassagne-Montrachet 2015 is a 100% Pinot Noir. It is made by Marie-Pierre Bader-Fossier and Alain Fossier.
Winegrowing is the main activity of the village (about 350 hectares). The vines are mostly low (1 meter), planted at a density of 9000 to 10 000 vines per hectare. This high density enables to reduce the production of each vine and get a more delicate, expressive and aromatic wine.

Gilbert & Gaillard Guide 2018: 89/100
"Intense ruby color, purple hues. Racy nose, cherry, fine spices, floral dimension. Soft attack, fresh mouth, ample, well connected, firm, with perfumes charming net and precise, harmonious whole. We are already enjoying it, but we will wait 3-5 years."
