The nose is complex with notes of candied citrus, dried fruits, and overtones of pecan, praline and lightly toasted hazelnuts. The palate is taut and vivacious, leading to a generous mouthfeel and a pronounced minerality. Flavours of caramel and citrus carry through to the long finish
