One says Chassagne-Montrachet appellation in one of the best white wine in the world... Our Château de Chassagne-Montrachet is made out of the historical vineyard of Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, only 500 meters from the Grands Crus, on a limestone and chalk terroir. The color is usually bright light gold. The nose is delicate, opening to white flowers, sweet almond, peach and apricot. The mouth is ample, rich but well balanced by the acidity, with a long finish. It pairs very well with fish, seafood,
white meat with sauce cream, foie gras and cheese. And finally, it is a long lifetime wine you can keep at least 10 years. Wine Enthusiast ratings 2019 for vintage 2017: 91/100 Still young, this wood-aged wine is showing toasty flavors while hinting at the fruit potential. The ripe apple and bright acidity will be balanced by the rich texture, the minerality and the tangy aftertaste. Wait until 2022!
