Château Lascombes
Included among the Second Growths in the 1855 classification, Château Lascombes has a prestigious history going back to Chevalier de Lascombes, born in 1625. The terroir consists of forty of the finest plots in the Margaux appellation. From the 17th century to the modern day, ten generations of owners have succeeded each other and left their stamp upon the history of Château Lascombes. A destiny paved along its way with colourful characters, who all contributed to the excellence of the wines of Château Lascombes. With one hundred thirty hectares of vines (including one hundred twenty in the Margaux appellation and ten in the Haut- Médoc appellation), Château Lascombes is one of the largest estates among the classified growths of 1855
