Bader-Mimeur Estate, located in Chassagne-Montrachet, has been founded in 1919 by Charles Mimeur and taken over by its descendants generation by generation. Today, this family-estate represents a 8 hectares-vineyard that produces wines of Chassagne-Montrachet appellation (white and red), Saint-Aubin 1er cru “En Remilly” and Bourgogne. The heart of the estate is the “Château de Chassagne-Montrachet” vineyard, 98% owned by Bader-Mimeur’s family. These 5 hectares in Chassagne-Montrachet appellation are planted half Chardonnay, half Pinot Noir. Namely, Bader-Mimeur is the only one to produce Château de Chassagne-Montrachet Red. The vineyard is run in a reasoned fight, and the wines are aged in beautiful vaulted cellars in the higher respect of terroir thanks to long and
natural. The goal is to elaborate great long lifetime wines.
